  17.      With news articles telling of the resurgence of cases of tuberculosis in
  18. the United States, there have been a substantial number of requests from you
  19. to discuss the matter, and provide the needed information.  And that we will
  20. do, but to those of you who need to understand the problem in some depth, we
  21. can offer you the opportunity to obtain a fine patient education booklet on
  22. the subject.  Its called "About Tuberculosis (TB)" and is provided by the
  23. folks at the Will Rogers Institute.  They feel that until an effective vaccine
  24. is developed to prevent the disease, the next best defense against TB is
  25. education and increased testing.  And the booklet not only describes the
  26. disease, where it comes from and how it is transmitted, but also provides a
  27. description of the testing procedure and what the test results mean.  Its 15
  28. pages are filled with useful and important information so I strongly advise
  29. that you obtain a copy for yourself.  There is no charge and a self addressed
